Max Shaffer

Max Shaffer has extensive work experience as a Principal Firmware Engineer. Max is currently working at Glaukos Corporation since November 2020. Prior to that, Max worked at DropLabs from October 2017 to November 2020 in the same role. Before that, they worked at Digital Lumens as a Principal Firmware Engineer from December 2014 to June 2016. Max also has experience as a Sr. Electrical Engineer at Color Kinetics from October 2009 to November 2014 and at RedShift from 2007 to 2009. Max began their career as a Firmware Engineer at Naragansett Imaging from May 2007 to May 2008. Max also worked as an Electrical Engineer at Cambrius from April 2005 to May 2007.

Max Shaffer received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Trinity College-Hartford, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Max later went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2005.
