Matteo Cera

Matteo Cera is the CEO & Co-founder of Glaut, an AI-native customer research platform. Matteo is also a Senior Venture Partner at Pioneer Fund, focusing on investments into marketplaces, fintech, AI, future of work in LatAm and Europe. Additionally, Matteo serves as the President and CEO & Co-founder of Hogaru, the leading tech-enabled home services platform in Latin America. Matteo has a background in corporate finance, having worked at McKinsey & Company and Morgan Stanley. Matteo has also completed executive programs at Harvard Business School and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
