Caroline Strobbe is currently the Head of HR Legal, Risk, and Compliance for Belgium and Global Vaccines at GSK, where they counsel on all HR legal issues and manage complex employment challenges for a substantial workforce. Previously, Caroline held various roles within GSK, including Manager of HR Legal, Compliance & Risk Management, and has extensive experience advising on employment law gained during their time as a Lawyer at Bird & Bird LLP. They completed a Master in Business Law and hold multiple qualifications, including honors from both the Université catholique de Louvain and Københavns Universitet. Caroline's background also includes a summer associate position at Linklaters and training roles in various organizations.
