Chris Smith has built a successful career in engineering and DataOps, currently serving as the Director of DataOps Engineering at GSK since 2021. Previously, Chris held various roles at GSK, including Innovation Technical Lead and Manager of R&D Tech Engineering. Chris began their career in aquatic education, teaching swimming to both adults and children, and has also completed internships at ARM and ARC International, where they gained valuable technical skills. Chris holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Southampton.
