Hussein Assi

Hussein Assi graduated from The American University of Beirut with a Doctor of Medicine degree and a Bachelor of Science in Biology. They completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Albany Medical Center from 2014 to 2017 and subsequently served as a Clinical Fellow at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center until 2020. Currently, Hussein is an Assistant Professor of Medicine and a GI Oncologist at Boston Medical Center while also holding the position of Medical Director of Oncology Clinical Development at GSK. They are pursuing a Master's in Clinical and Translational Sciences from the University of Oklahoma, with an expected graduation date in June 2020, and have a keen interest in gastrointestinal malignancies with a focus on Neuroendocrine tumors.
