John Clements

John Clements is the Director of Clinical Pharmacology at GSK, bringing extensive pharmacometric experience and a strong focus on the integration of modeling and simulation into drug development. With over a decade of leadership in clinical DMPK and PK/PD modeling, they have collaborated across various therapeutic areas, including cardiovascular and neurology. John previously held senior roles at Amgen and Merck and holds both a B.Sc. and a Ph.D. in Pharmacy and Pharmacokinetics from the University of Alberta.
