Kathi Breen

Kathi Breen is a seasoned professional in program management with extensive experience in drug development. Currently serving as the Director of Pipeline Program Management - Early Development at GSK since August 2024, Kathi provides leadership to advance novel therapies to clinical proof of concept. Prior to this role, Kathi worked as a Program Management Consultant at Program Optimum LLC and co-led crucial preclinical and early clinical programs at Kymera Therapeutics as Senior Director, where notable achievements included the attainment of two Development Committees and one Investigational New Drug application. Kathi also managed clinical development programs at Syros Pharmaceuticals aimed at treating patients with hematological and solid tumors. Academic credentials include an M.B.A. in General Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and undergraduate coursework in Immunology and Cellular and Molecular Biology at Harvard Extension School.
