Lilly Wright

Lilly Wright is a Senior Scientist at GSK in the Immune Modulation team within Antibody Pharmacology. They graduated with a First Class (Hons) M.Sci degree in Biochemistry from the University of Birmingham in 2017, where they also completed an industrial placement at GlaxoSmithKline focusing on protein purification. Before their current role, they gained extensive experience in the Immuno-Modulation team at GammaDelta Therapeutics / Takeda Pharmaceuticals, where they worked on developing genetically engineered CAR-T cell therapy and honed skills in primary cell work, gene engineering, and functional assays. Prior to entering the scientific field, Lilly also developed leadership and communication skills as a coach and leisure assistant.
