Mark Coad

Mark Coad is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at GSK, where they lead the recruitment strategy across EMEA, overseeing a team that facilitates approximately 8,000 experienced hires annually. Previously, Mark held various roles at GSK, including UK/US Recruitment Team Lead and Transformation Programme Lead, where they played a crucial role in establishing separate Capability Centres globally and managing the recruitment for over 3,000 positions. Mark began their career as a Managing Consultant at Quest Search & Selection and served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Tesco.
