Michael Kells

Michael Kells is an experienced Pharmaceutical Physician with over twenty years in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in Medical Affairs, Global Pharmacovigilance, and Clinical Research, and has a background of over ten years as a General Practitioner. Currently serving as a Consultant Pharmaceutical Physician, Kells has held various interim leadership roles, including Medical Director at LEO Pharma and VP, Head of Medical at Kyowa Kirin International, where they successfully built and led medical functions and managed key projects. Kells has a strong track record in line-management, audits, and regulatory inspections, complemented by extensive engagement with customers, key opinion leaders, and regulatory authorities. They are pursuing their MB ChB in Medicine from the University of Cape Town.
