Michael Rolfe

Michael Rolfe is currently the R&D Learning Manager at GSK, where they focus on designing and delivering engaging training experiences. Previously, they held multiple roles at Just Eat Takeaway.com and served as a GI Operational Trainer at LV=, where they developed digital training modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline. Michael also worked as a Customer Claims Consultant at LV=, handling customer queries and fraud identification. They earned a BTEC National Diploma in Forensic Science and Technology from Chelmsford College.
