Michael Viola

Michael Viola, MBA, has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and education sectors, currently serving as a Peer Educator in Vaccine Sales Training and an Adult Immunization Specialist at GSK since August 2019. In these roles, Michael has driven adult vaccine protocols, established a new market for RSV, launched the AREXVY vaccine, and significantly increased sales metrics. In addition to this position, Michael is an Adjunct Professor at Rowan University, teaching Personal Selling and mentoring students in practical sales techniques. Michael’s background includes leadership roles at Rowan University, and previous marketing and sales internships, contributing to a robust skill set in sales strategy, relationship building, and effective communication, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Dual Major: Marketing and Management and an MBA in Marketing and Leadership.
