Rob Pullinger

Rob Pullinger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, primarily at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and Pfizer. Starting as a Process Chemist at GlaxoSmithKline, Rob progressed through various technical and leadership roles, including Process Technologist and Project Analyst, and currently serves as the Serialisation Platform Lead and Quality Capability Lead at GSK. Key responsibilities have included leading complex projects in process improvement, managing audit programs, and ensuring compliance with serialization requirements across multiple regions. Additionally, Rob has contributed to strategic workforce planning and has recently been appointed as a Member Nominated Trustee Director at GSK Pension Plans Trustee Limited.
