Simon Bate is currently the Associate Director at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and a GSK Fellow in the Society of GSK Fellows. They have held various roles at GSK, including Statistics Leader and Principal Statistician, contributing to the company from 2012 to 2022. Prior to GSK, Simon worked as a Senior Statistician at a Global CRO from 2007 to 2012. They obtained a PhD in Experimental Design from Royal Holloway, University of London, in 2000.
