Simon Edwards

Simon Edwards is an experienced engineer and engineering manager with a focus on continuous improvement and people management. They have broad maritime experience from their time with the Royal Navy, where they served as a Chief Petty Officer and a Weapons Engineer. Currently, Simon works as the Lead Engineering Planner at GSK Worthing, responsible for maintenance planning and engineering standards within a pharmaceutical plant. Simon also held roles as Capital Manager and Operations Engineering Manager during their tenure at GSK, where they supported manufacturing operations with a 24/7 multi-skilled engineering team. They earned a foundation degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Portsmouth.
