Simon Starling

Simon Starling is currently the Global Medical Affairs Excellence Director at GSK, a role they have held since 2017, where they provide strategic leadership in capability development for Medical Affairs and MSL roles. They have successfully designed and delivered four global training programs and are leading an initiative to utilize AI for categorizing unstructured MSL HCP meeting notes. Simon has prior experience at Eli Lilly and Company, where they served as National Sales Capability Manager, and held various positions within GSK between 2005 and 2014, enhancing their expertise in sales and medical affairs.
