Troy Webb is the VP and Head of Primary International Operations for GSK Vaccines Manufacturing, bringing over 20 years of experience in Operational Pharmaceutical Management. With a strong background that includes roles in manufacturing, supply chain management, and operational excellence, they have successfully driven continuous improvement initiatives. Troy also holds an Associate Diploma in Personnel Administration from the Royal Military College - Duntroon and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University. Prior to their current role, they occupied various leadership positions across multiple GSK sites worldwide. As a former military officer, Troy embodies a commitment to transformation and strategic advancement in the pharmaceutical industry.
