Megan Sinclair

Megan Sinclair has over a decade of experience in finance, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Controller at Glazer Capital, LLC since October 2011. Prior to this role, Megan held the position of Senior Associate in Financial Advisory Services at Deloitte & Touche from October 2009 to October 2011, where participation in a two-year pilot Rotation Program allowed for the development of comprehensive skills across multiple functions including Audit, Risk Advisory Services, and Tax. Earlier in 2008, Megan completed an internship at Fiserv. Megan holds a degree from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, earned between 2006 and 2009.
