Alla Mezhvinsky

Alla Mezhvinsky currently serves as the VP of Talent Acquisition & Workplace at Glean since March 2025 and is an Advisor at PeopleTech Talent since November 2023. Previously, Alla held multiple roles at Instacart from May 2019 to March 2025, including Head of Talent Acquisition and Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. From January 2018 to January 2019, Alla was the VP of People & Operations at ClassPass, focusing on HR, Recruiting, Learning & Development, and employee engagement. Prior experience includes serving as VP of People at Doppler Labs from April 2016 to January 2018, where Alla led People Operations, and earlier established best practices as Director of People. Alla holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management (Hospitality) from the University of San Francisco and completed Executive Education in People, Culture, and Performance at Stanford University.
