Bastobee B. currently serves as a Talent Scout at Glean, focusing on recruiting talent across the EMEA and APAC regions since June 2024. Additionally, Bastobee is a Community Member at The Shape of Work. Previously, Bastobee worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Jar from May 2023 to June 2024, specializing in product, design, and HR/TA hiring, and leading organization-wide talent acquisition initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as a Talent Acquisition Associate, responsible for hiring across various teams and stakeholder management, and a Talent Acquisition Apprentice position at Newton School. Bastobee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with triple majors in Public Administration, Political Science, and History from Osmania University, as well as a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
