Brad Scott serves as the VP of Worldwide Sales at Glean, where he leads global sales strategy and execution. A seasoned sales leader and advisor with deep SaaS expertise spanning AI, data, and cybersecurity, Brad has built a career scaling high-growth startups, developing enterprise go-to-market strategies, and building world-class sales teams. Before taking on his current role, Brad served as Glean’s AVP of Sales for the Central region, driving adoption of the company’s Work AI platform across enterprise customers. Prior to Glean, he was RVP of Sales for Americas East at Veza, where he recruited and built the team across East and Central U.S., led 5X growth, closed the company’s largest ARR customers, and defined GTM strategy for enterprise sales. Brad spent nearly five years at Snowflake during its historic growth trajectory, serving as one of the company’s early sales leaders in the Central U.S. He closed two of the first multi-year transactions in company history, was named AE of the Year (Majors North Central), and helped establish Snowflake’s financial services vertical as a Global AE. Early in his career, Brad held sales leadership roles at Dell EMC, where he was a three-time President’s Club winner, as well as at Providus, Ontario Partners, and Robert Half Technology. Brad earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University.
