Graig Gold has extensive experience in technical support and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Designated Technical Support Engineer at Glean since November 2025, Graig previously held the position of US Head of Support for C9 at Symphony from May 2022 to October 2025. Prior to that role, Graig was the Technical Support Manager at Disney Streaming from March 2018 to June 2022. Graig began the professional journey at Major League Baseball (MLB) where the roles included Service Desk Analyst, Help Desk Intern, System Architect Intern, and IT Intern from November 2011 to March 2018. Graig earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the University at Buffalo, graduating in 2011.
