Jamie Pierce has worked in various roles within the marketing and customer service industries since 2015. Jamie began their career as a Sales Associate at Camuto Group, and soon after was promoted to Shift Supervisor. In 2016, they moved on to become a Handbag Specialist at Nordstrom, where they provided excellent customer service and established a client base. Jamie then worked as a Communications & Event Intern at MZ Wallace and a Human Resources Assistant at the Fashion Institute of Technology. In 2017, Jamie returned to Nordstrom as a Sales Representative and also worked as a Handbag Specialist at Bloomingdale's. In 2019, Jamie started working at Pushpay as a Partner Marketing Manager, a Marketing Event Coordinator, an Event Marketing Representative, and an Event Specialist. In 2021, they moved to Amperity as a Customer Marketing Manager, and in 2022, they began working in the same role at Glean.

Jamie Pierce attended the Fashion Institute of Technology, obtaining an Associated of Applied Science, a Bachelor of Science, and a Minor in Psychology in the field of Advertising and Marketing Communications. Prior to this, Pierce attended Lake Stevens Sr High School, where they obtained a High School diploma in General Studies.
