Jen Zagofsky

Jen Zagofsky serves as the Head of Product Operations at Glean since June 2025. Previously, Jen held the role of Vice President of Product Program & Operations at Zillow and Vice President of Product Operations and Planning at Salesforce, where Jen established the first Product Operations team and improved product launch processes. Jen's experience also includes leadership positions at MuleSoft, Flexport, DocuSign, Platphorm, and YP, where Jen significantly contributed to product development and operations, driving growth and innovation. A graduate of Binghamton University with a BS in Economics and Mathematics, Jen has also completed executive leadership programs at Stanford and UC Berkeley, and participates in the Mass Technology Leadership Council.
