Josh Witherspoon

Josh Witherspoon is an accomplished creative director with a strong background in design leadership and brand development. Currently serving as Creative Director at Glean since February 2025, Witherspoon previously held the same title at Density from February 2022 to February 2025, where responsibilities included shaping brand vision and overseeing product direction for an innovative company recognized by Fast Company. Prior experience includes roles at VSA Partners, Inc. as Associate Partner and Creative Director, where significant contributions were made to business expansion and client growth for notable clients like Google and Nike. Early career experience includes positions at gyro, Element 79, Tribal DDB, Cramer Krasselt, and Bagby and Company. Witherspoon holds a BFA from the University of Northern Colorado and has pursued professional education in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence at MIT.
