Customer Success Manager at Glean

Kat Crichton has held various roles in the professional world since 2009. Kat began their career at JPMorgan Chase, where they held the roles of AVP, Sr. Training Specialist, AVP, Assistant Branch Manager, and Customer Service Specialist. Kat then moved to Google Express in 2014, where they were the Operations Excellence Lead. In this role, they were the sole trainer for all in store operations in the flagship market of Express, designed and developed training content and standard operating procedures for cross functional team use, and trained 200+ store operators and store leaders. Kat also analyzed and identified key trends in quality metrics for Mountain View fulfillment and transportation operations, and reported findings to market leadership and staffing providers. Additionally, they helped lead a cost savings initiative that involved working directly with merchants to transition Express operations from Express owned and operated to entirely merchant run. In 2016, Kat moved to CorePower Yoga, where they were an Instructor. Kat then moved to Sequoia Capital in 2017, where they held the roles of Senior Product Manager, Information Specialist, and Human Capital. Kat is currently employed at Glean, where they are a Customer Success Manager.

Kat Crichton holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs/Spanish from Seattle University and a High School Diploma from Arapahoe High School. Kat also has several certifications, including a KCS v6 Fundamentals Certification from the Consortium for Service Innovation (obtained in January 2023), a Certificate of Completion from Asana (obtained in March 2022), a Certified Corporate Trainer from JPMorgan Chase & Co. (obtained in June 2013), and a 200 hour yoga certification.
