Prateek K. has worked at Glean since 2022 as a Business Development, at Valentine Mark Corporation since 2018 as a Project Manager, at WHI/Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital since 2022 as an Intern under Dr. Gloria Bachmann, at Nice Jewels Inc. since 2021 as a Project Manager, and at RDx BioScience since 2021 as a Phlebotomist. At Glean, Prateek has worked on enterprise search start-up which recently completed its $100 million Series C. At Valentine Mark Corporation, Prateek has developed a pricing model to assist in the acquisition of commercial real estate portfolio and evaluated three small size real estate development companies for acquisition and recommended one for acquisition. At WHI/Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Prateek has leveraged invent and simplify principles to educate 100K+ young students about the microbiome using city design as an allegorical model to help them make educated and informed health choices. At Nice Jewels Inc., Prateek has conducted Voice of Customer study and improved customer experience by designing, developing, piloting, and launching web-based ordering form to facilitate order flow from customers to fulfillment center. At RDx BioScience, Prateek has primarily performed rapid and RT-PCR COVID-19 tests, strep tests, COVID-19 antibody tests as a summer job and worked in other roles at the Urgent Care facility as needed.

Prateek K. began their education journey at Bergen County Academies from 2013 to 2017, where they studied in the Academy of Medical Sciences and Technology. In 2017, they transferred to UC San Diego to pursue Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering. In 2018, they enrolled at Harvard University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Liberal Arts, Extension Studies in Biology, General.
