Shantanu Dubey

Shantanu Dubey is a Data Science Lead at Glean since September 2023, previously serving as Lead Data Scientist at Postman where significant contributions include the development of the "Trending on Postman" algorithm and leading a project to offer API Analytics to enterprise users. With a strong background in product data science, Shantanu has created key growth metrics and an in-house Applicant Tracking System that streamlined the hiring process. Early career experiences include a machine learning internship at Laserlike Inc. and various roles at IIT Bombay’s Entrepreneurship Cell, where leadership in public relations was demonstrated. Shantanu holds a Master's degree in Data Science and Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
