Tapas Satapathy

Tapas Satapathy has a diverse range of work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2023, they worked as the Head of People - APAC & EMEA at Glean. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2023, they served as the Director & Head of HR at Rubrik, Inc. for India and the APJ region. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Intuit, first as an HR Leader for Intuit India and then as an HR Business Partner. Before Intuit, Satapathy worked at Google India as an HR Business Partner Manager and Staffing Manager from 2004 to 2012. Tapas started their career as an HR Generalist at Dell International Services in 2002 and then worked as a Senior Executive - HR at FirstApex in 2001. Tapas began their professional journey as a Recruiter at Lucent Technologies in 2000.

Tapas Satapathy completed their high school education at Ispat EM School between 1981 and 1993. Following this, from 1994 to 1997, they attended Ravenshaw University in Cuttack, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Accounting Honours. Later, from 1997 to 1999, they enrolled at Goa Institute of Management (GIM) and earned a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in HR/Mktg.
