Tara Dawson

Tara Dawson is an experienced professional in AI product strategy and operations, currently serving as the Head of AI Product Strategy at Glean since January 2022, where responsibilities include managing the AI product roadmap and scaling human-like search experiences. Prior to Glean, Tara was the Director of AI Product Operations at Scale AI, focusing on scalable processes for data labeling and model validation workflows. Tara's career at Google included roles as AI Product Lead for Search Experience, where machine learning was leveraged to enhance personalization, and Senior Product Manager for Search Tools, responsible for defining the search features roadmap. Earlier experience includes positions at Adobe, including Product Manager for Creative Cloud Solutions. Tara holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Northwestern University.
