Vardhman began their career in 2016 at ESSPL as a Software Engineer, where they worked on multiple projects using Scala and Play framework, developed new features for e-governance portals for the core product built using Angular and Spring-boot, and worked on the invoice processing system using a Spring-boot server consuming Alfresco document store REST apis. In 2017, they joined 1mg as a Software Engineer, where they built the client-side interface for online payments flow, built on react/redux, and migrated the frontend stack to webpack 3 to improve build times and bundle sizes. In 2019, they joined Blitzscale Tech as a Software Engineer, where they developed the website for WMall's online store, a progressive web application targeted towards mobile users, and has an emphasis on gesture based interactions, and built multiple chat services and interfaces to drive communications for their social-commerce endeavours.
