Ajay Mathur

Ajay Mathur has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Ajay began their career at IBM in 1998 as an Industrial Trainee and worked there until 2005, starting as an Application Developer and later transitioning into a Technical Pre-Sales role. In 2006, Ajay Mathur co-founded Grows on You, a social website for gardeners that gained substantial traction with 300k unique visitors and 2m+ page impressions per month. Ajay served as the co-founder of Grows on You until 2011. In the same year, they co-founded Gleanin, a company that specializes in generating more attendees for events through community marketing.

Ajay Mathur completed their Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Software Engineering from the University of South Wales, starting in 1996 and finishing in 2000.
