Vice Chairman Americas & Non-Executive Director at Gleeds

Chris is a member of our Supervisory Board and previously managed all of Gleeds’ operations in America, building relationships with partners across the globe.

High-profile projects include advising on the reconstruction cost of the World Trade Centre’s Twin Towers after 9/11 – valued at $6.5bn – and working with International Speedway Corporation on the $400m grandstand redevelopment of the famed Daytona International Speedway in Florida.

Prior to Gleeds, Chris worked overseas in the UK, Tanzania, Trinidad and the Bahamas. During his 31 years in the USA, he has acted as project and cost management advisor to corporate property owners, developers, government agencies and institutions.

Chris is 2018/19 President of the Chartered Institute of Building and is a Chartered Construction Manager. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of The American Institute of Constructors.

He represents Gleeds on the RICS Americas Leadership Board and serves as a panelist on the National Roster of the American Arbitration Association. He is also on the Construction Advisory Board of the Georgia Institute of Technology.
