John Cole

John Cole has extensive experience in the building and construction industry, currently serving as the General Manager for Glen Gery and in various leadership roles at Austral Precast, including Executive Director and Chairman. John Cole has also held positions such as National Fleet Manager at Brickworks Building Products and Non-Executive Director at the National Precast Concrete Association Australia. Previous experience includes roles as Diesel Mechanic/Workshop Manager at Transpacific Industries Group and Heavy Fabrication Fitter/Welder at Steelworks NZ Ltd. John Cole holds a Master of Business Administration (Technology) with Excellence from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, along with several other certifications in executive management and competitive systems.
