Dan Symonds

Dan Symonds has extensive experience in development management, currently serving as Development Manager at Glenbrook since October 2016. Prior to this, Symonds held the position of Head of Development & Acquisitions at Barnfield Construction Ltd from October 2014 to September 2016. Symonds was also a Development Executive at Grosvenor from August 2008 to October 2014, contributing to the notable Liverpool ONE project, a £1bn+ mixed-use city center development. Previous roles include Graduate Development Surveyor and Sales Co-ordinator at Vermont Developments, involved in planning applications and sales activities for major developments. Dan Symonds holds a BSc (Hons) in Business & ICT from Sheffield Hallam University.
