Bryan Wright

Bryan Wright is currently a Reference Assistant at the Calgary Public Library, where they plan and present technology-based programs and assist customers with reference and readers' services. Bryan served as a Festival Blogger for WordFest from 2011 to 2013, covering the annual literary festival, and briefly worked as a Campaign Manager for the 2010 Calgary Civic Election. Additionally, they have held roles such as Columnist for CBC Eyeopener and President of The Glencoe Golf & Country Club since 2017, while also serving as a Director at The Glencoe Club since 2015. Bryan’s earlier experience includes positions as an Operations Analyst and Produce Quality Assurance Specialist at GFS Canada from 2006 to 2008. They are pursuing a BA in Political Science at the University of Calgary, which they began in 2005.
