William Yule

William Yule is a graduate metallurgist at Glencore Technology, starting in October 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a process engineer in pyrometallurgy and as a pyrometallurgy undergraduate engineer at Hatch from June 2021 to August 2024, as well as a masters placement as a hydrometallurgy undergraduate engineer. William also worked as a private tutor from January 2017 to November 2022, providing tuition in mathematics, chemistry, and physics for students in grades 7 to 12. Tutoring experience extends to The University of Queensland, where weekly tutorials for chemical engineering subjects were led from August 2020 to June 2022. Additionally, a chemical engineering vacation position at Clear Water Consult involved documentation and system upgrades for the Kawana sewage treatment plant in early 2020. William holds a Bachelor (Honours) and Masters of Engineering in Chemical and Metallurgical Engineering from The University of Queensland, completed between January 2017 and December 2022.
