Andrew Benton

Andrew Benton is a seasoned professional with a background in health, safety, and environmental compliance across various industries. Currently serving as a Health & Safety Analyst within the Copper division at Glencore since November 2022, Andrew previously held roles as an HSEC Analyst at Vitol and as a Health & Safety Analyst at LafargeHolcim, where responsibilities included group reporting and data management. Andrew also contributed to sustainability efforts as a Graduate in the Group Sustainability Department at LafargeHolcim. Prior experiences include private research on blockchain protocols, a trainee position at Pictet Group, and diverse roles in coaching and educational coordination. Andrew holds a Master of Science in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Warwick.
