Anne Williams is a seasoned environmental management professional with extensive experience at Glencore since March 2011, currently serving as Manager - Environment & Social Performance. Williams leads a team focused on environmental approvals, closure planning, and community relations for Glencore's Zinc Assets in Australia, emphasizing scientifically sound risk-based strategies. Previous roles include HSEC Manager for Mount Isa Mines and Superintendent of NQ Environmental Operations, where Williams managed teams to ensure compliance and high operational standards across multiple mining ventures. Prior to Glencore, Williams held the position of Senior Environmental Advisor at Xstrata Copper from 2006 to 2010.
