Celina Watt

Celina Watt is a seasoned leader in corporate affairs and reputation risk management, with extensive experience in integrated communications, stakeholder engagement, and issues management. They have held positions at organizations such as Glencore, Newcrest Mining, and Barrick Gold Corporation, where they directed communications strategies and led teams to enhance corporate reputation. Celina began their career as a teacher at EF English First Surabaya and progressed to consulting roles before assuming senior positions in external affairs and communication across various industries. They are currently the Global Head of Social Performance, Human Rights & Security - Copper at Glencore. Celina is pursuing a Bachelor of Business in Public Relations at Queensland University of Technology.
