Francesca Santinelli

Francesca Santinelli is an International Relations and Development professional with over eight years of experience in coordinating community sustainability initiatives. They have a strong background in human rights advocacy and cross-cultural engagement, having worked with diverse communities in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and beyond. Francesca has held various roles, including CSR Advisor and Human Rights Officer at Kamoto Copper Company, where they managed community development projects and compliance with human rights policies. They hold multiple advanced degrees, including an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi and a Master's in Development Studies from the London School of Economics. Currently, Francesca is the Zinc Social Performance & Human Rights Lead at Glencore.
