James Mason

James Mason is an experienced professional in business transformation and change management, currently serving as the Global Head of Business Change at Glencore since November 2020, overseeing the Marketing Division's global transformation initiatives. Prior to this role, James held a Director position at Baringa Partners for over a decade, leading significant projects including large-scale transformations in the commodities sector and cost reduction programs for major insurers and banks. James began a consulting career at Deloitte, specializing in business process re-engineering and target operating model design in the financial services sector, and also gained experience in executive search at Investigo. James holds an MA with Honors in Geography from the University of Cambridge.
