Lillian Goldsmith

Lillian Goldsmith is currently the Co-Head of Responsible Sourcing Supply Chain Due Diligence at Glencore, where they design and implement global sustainability programs. Previously, Lillian held various positions at Glencore, including Regional Compliance Officer and Head of Anti-Corruption, managing significant compliance initiatives across multiple regions. Lillian has also worked as a Compliance Officer at PTTEP and a Compliance Manager at Oceaneering, where they developed compliance frameworks and provided strategic advice on international regulations. They hold a law degree from Monash University and are fluent in English, French, and German.
