Lead Hydrogeologist

Luke Adams is an accomplished hydrogeologist with extensive experience in the mining sector, currently serving as the Lead Hydrogeologist for Glencore's Global Copper Team since August 2021. Previously, Luke held the position of Hydrogeology Superintendent, managing a team of 10 engineers and overseeing a capital budget of over $26 million for mine dewatering operations. Prior roles include Chief Hydrogeologist at CMOC, where Luke led significant contractor management initiatives and expanded project budgets, and Project Hydrogeologist at Freshwater Institute, where project delivery capabilities were enhanced. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Warwick and a Masters in Hydrogeology from the University of Birmingham, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the same institution.
