Lushca Marx

Lushca Marx is an experienced HR professional with extensive expertise in SAP HCM and organizational management. Currently serving as a Group HR Specialist at Glencore Alloys since January 2010, Lushca oversees HR reporting and systems, is a SAP super user, and supervises the maintenance of the organizational structure within SAP. Previous roles include System Analyst HCM at Glencore Alloys, System Analyst / HR & Payroll Administrator at Xstrata Alloys Head Office, and several positions during the SAP Implementation Project at Xstrata, where Lushca contributed to various HR modules and built the organizational structure. Lushca holds a Middle Management Programme Certificate from North-West University and degrees in Industrial Psychology and Communication from Rand Afrikaans University, along with a Grade 12 certificate from Bergsig High School.
