Lydia Tracy is an accomplished multilingual corporate affairs professional with 18 years of broad-based experience in major international companies. With expertise in stakeholder engagement, issue management, and sustainability, Lydia has successfully navigated complex socio-political environments to manage high-profile reputational issues and enable business access to market and capital. Currently serving as Principal Sustainability at Glencore, Lydia previously held leadership roles at organizations such as Schindler Group, Rio Tinto, and the Trans Adriatic Pipeline AG, where they developed strategies to address social performance and ESG obligations. Lydia holds master’s degrees in Social Development from UCL and Project Management from the University of Liverpool, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Modern European Languages from Durham University.
