Mélanie Parr

Mélanie Parr, CRIA, is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in various roles. From December 2006 to August 2010, Mélanie served as a human resources consultant at Adecco Québec. Subsequently, from February 2011 to March 2012, Mélanie continued in the human resources field at Mine Niobec - Iamgold. Mélanie then advanced to Glencore, serving as a recruitment consultant from February 2012 to February 2018, eventually becoming a senior recruitment consultant. Mélanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal (2004) and a Certificate in Human Resources Management and Organizational Change from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (2015).
