Melody Grace, MBA, is an accomplished professional currently serving as a Senior Applications Team Lead at Glencore, where they guide the Applications team. Previously, they held roles as a Senior Project Manager at KeyData, a Senior Business Analyst at James Cook University, and a Corporate Analyst at Toll Group. Melody began their career with AIESEC as Vice President of Exchange and Business Development, where they played a pivotal role in achieving full membership criteria for AIESEC Malta. They hold an MBA in Project Management from James Cook University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Communications and IT from L-Università ta' Malta and a Graduate Certificate in Artificial Intelligence for Business from Deakin University.
