Michele Scott

Michele Scott currently serves as the Head of Leadership and Learning for Copper at Glencore, a position held since February 2023. Previously, Michele worked as a Senior Manager in Workforce Strategy, Leadership and Upskilling at PwC from June 2022 to February 2023 and as a Senior Manager in People and Change at KPMG UK from August 2021 to June 2022. Additionally, Michele was the Chair of the Board of Trustees for IntegrateUK, a charity dedicated to empowering young people towards gender and racial equality. Prior experience includes a role as Client Services Director at Oxford Leadership, where the focus was on executive coaching and leadership programs, and various positions at Euromoney Training, Media Training Ltd, and Nova Group. Michele holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Oxford Brookes University, completed between 2013 and 2016.
