Philip Swallow

Philip Swallow has over 30 years of extensive experience in the metallurgical and engineering industries, with a focus on operations management and leadership. Currently serving as the Primary Operations Works Manager at Glencore Alloys' Rhovan Vanadium Smelter since July 2008, Philip has held various positions including Operations Manager and Concentrate Plant Manager, overseeing substantial teams and ensuring efficient operational processes. Previously, Philip was with Evraz Highveld Steel and Vanadium from February 1994 to June 2008, progressing through roles such as Production Manager, Unit Manager, and Systems Engineer. Philip holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Informatics from the University of South Africa and a National Diploma in Instrumentation and Electronics.
